Go to Profile → Security → Google Authenticator → Enable. Scan the QR code and save your backup key offline. To reset (lost phone): go to the login page → "Security verification unavailable" → complete identity verification with your ID and a selfie. This takes 24–48 hours. Never store your backup key digitally — write it on paper and keep it safe.

Check first: (1) Verify the transaction hash on a blockchain explorer — the deposit may still be pending. (2) Ensure you used the correct network — sending BEP-20 tokens to an ERC-20 address (or vice versa) requires a manual recovery. (3) Check your Deposit History in Wallet. If the blockchain shows confirmed but funds haven't arrived after 60 minutes, open a ticket with your transaction hash and we'll investigate.

Check Withdrawal History for the status. "Completed" means it's been sent to the blockchain — track with the transaction ID on the block explorer. Delays occur during: (1) network congestion, (2) manual security review for large amounts or new addresses, (3) security holds. If stuck at "Processing" for 4+ hours, contact support with the withdrawal ID and destination address.

Spot — buy/sell actual crypto at current market price. No leverage, risk limited to your investment. Margin — borrow from Binance to trade larger positions (up to 10×). Interest applies; liquidation risk exists. Futures — contracts on an asset's price, up to 125× leverage. High risk, suited for experienced traders. Always begin with spot if you're new to crypto.

Limit orders only execute when the market reaches your exact price. If the market hasn't reached that level, your order stays open. Common causes: (1) price set far from the current market, (2) insufficient balance, (3) partial fill due to low liquidity. Check your Open Orders tab — you can cancel and resubmit at a more competitive price, or switch to a market order for instant execution.

Most common rejection reasons: (1) blurry or glare-affected document photo, (2) expired ID, (3) name mismatch between your ID and account, (4) unsupported document type. Resubmit with a clear, well-lit photo of a government-issued ID (passport preferred), both sides for national ID, and a selfie with no filters. If rejected again, submit a ticket with your case ID for manual review.

Binance has three verification levels. Level 1 (email only): limited features. Level 2 (government ID): up to $2M USD daily withdrawal. Level 3 (video + address proof): higher limits for institutional users. Go to Profile → Identification → complete the next level. Level 2 is sufficient for most users and takes only a few minutes to complete.

Act immediately: (1) Do NOT send any further funds. (2) Secure your account — change password and re-enable 2FA. (3) Contact Binance Support with the transaction ID, the scammer's address, and any screenshots. (4) Report to your local cybercrime authority. For P2P disputes, use the "Appeal" button within 15 minutes of the trade. Speed is critical — crypto transactions are irreversible.
